These two are way too easy to get along with. We had the pleasure of meeting them for their engagement photos which were taken at the always beautiful Mingo Creek Park in Eighty-four, PA. They opened up and we had the best time cracking jokes, being silly, and getting some really great shots. We even got a few on the same construction machine he uses for work, and eventually into the backhoe.
As wedding plans changed I was ecstatic to hear they had decided to stay local for their wedding. More and more details were unraveled and to hear all their plans were inspiring. They had many great ideas that and were going to take a lot of work but would make for a beautiful and special backyard wedding. So many hours and thought went into making their wedding day extremely special, and they were able to pull it all off with the support and help of their awesome family and friends.
The wedding took place in the middle of summer on a gorgeous, sunny day in no other place than their own home and property. A backyard wedding- well in this case the side yard. The groom and his family made the rustic, wooden arch they would position in-between two trees to be married under. It turned out so great and looked perfect with their hay bale seating in rows for their intimate ceremony for their closest family and friends. The country theme was well done and every person in the bridal party including the bride and groom wore cowboy boots. Once the ceremony started, It was short and sweet and just like that they were married! Their friends and family headed over to their newly built garage that was country, rustic decorated with great touches throughout to wait for their grand entrance. They could also break a few moves dancing to the djs music or play a few rounds of cod hole which was customized for their special day. The whole night was fun, romantic, and very relaxed as everyone celebrated with the newlyweds. It was a great time for all!
Join is in congratulating the new Mr. & Mrs. Hess! We wish you all the best and lots of great moments ahead for you both.
